Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the locations and frequencies described below:

Janitorial/cleaning services on a two (2) day per week schedule, 104 Service days, at the following location(s): 206 East Main St. Suite 6, Milford, MA 1134 sq. ft 206 East Main St. Suite 2B, Milford, MA 1153 sq. ft 328 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA 2430 sq. ft This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
