Small Business General Design A-E IDIQ - D&F Consolidation

To execute its mission as an Engineering Design Center, NAE relies on the services of AE and survey firms to supplement in-house staff for projects that exceed its technical capabilities or that NAE cannot execute due to workload constraints. NAE engages A-E contractors to perform activities such as general engineering services, design services, topographic surveying, mapping, and geospatial services. The purpose of the current acquisition is to maintain adequate contractor capacity to meet mission requirements.

NAE estimates awarding three contracts under the MA TOC. The MA TOC will have a total shared capacity estimated at $24M with a contract ordering period of five years. Task orders will be firm-fixed-price and firms will be selected using Task Order Requirement Notice (TORN) procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 with a size standard of $25.5M.
