The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Carpet & Drop Ceiling Replacement, Quechee Gorge Visitor Center & North Hartland Lake Project Office, Quechee & North Hartland, VT.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for removal and replacement of:

a. Eight hundred fifty square feet (850 sqft) of carpet and five hundred square feet (500 sqft) of drop ceiling at the North Hartland Lake project office.

b. Eight hundred square feet (800 sqft) of carpet at the Quechee Gorge Visitor Center’s lower level.

c. All work shall be completed in accordance with the following Statement of Work. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable NAICS code is 238330 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
