THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to complete restroom cleaning services at Elm Brook Park. Annual spring clean-up requirements shall also be required at Elm Brook Park. The services are to be provided in accordance with the performance work statement and schedule. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
