Ft. 875 GREENLAND RD, BLDG. A, UNIT 8, PORTSMOUTH, NH – 1,001 Sq. Ft. 60 POINTE PLACE, SUITE C-15, DOVER, NH – 1,100 Sq. Ft. 2 MONUMENT SQUARE, SUITE 705, PORTLAND, ME – 894 Sq. Ft. 890 MAIN STREET, SANFORD, ME – 325 Sq. Ft. 200 EXPEDITION DRIVE, SUITE E, SCARBOROUGH, ME – 4,069 Sq. Ft.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as described in the schedule of janitorial services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leased space.

Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas and storage room areas. in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
