Cargo Trailers

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF-24-Q-0005, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336212 - Truck Trailer Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is for total small business set-aside. Only qualified vendors may submit quotes.

The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 22 March 2024 at 5:00 PM EST. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH National Guard has a requirement for the following supply, 2 (each)

Enclosed Cargo Trailers CLIN 001: Enclosed Cargo Trailer - 3500lb ez lube axles, - 7,000 GVW - leaf suspension - Ramp - 5/16 INCH coupler - 7 pin plug - ELECTRIC BRAKES - Clear led lights - RV style side door - Interior lighting - 205-75r-15 radial tires - steel wheels - 3/4" floor - 3/8" walls - 9' interior height - 14 foot box plus 2ft v-nose - at least 7 foot wide - black in color / blackout package - D rings (internal for tied downs) - Aluminum construction Interested parties should see “Instructions to Offers” in the Provisions and Clauses document for details on how to submit your quotes (IAW 52.212-1) Interested parties should also see “Evaluation factors” in the Provisions and Clauses document for a description on how the Government intends to evaluate your quotes (IAW FAR 52.212-2) Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
