DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR24B0017 for the Design-Bid-Build Construction of a 12,300 SF single-story, pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), laboratory support building at WPAFB, OH. The Contract Duration is estimated at five hundred and ninety five (595) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).

TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This IFB will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be a Full & Open competitive procurement. SELECTION PROCESS: This is a FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding Procurement. The bids will be evaluated based on the lowest priced complete offer submitted.

If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror.

NOTES: Due to a clerical error, the number of submittal copies required is 1 and not 90. The Bid Submission date has shifted to Tuesday, October 8th, 2024. The Projnet link will be reopened for RFIs.
