PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE (INDUSTRY DAY)

TIME: 10:00-11:30 CST – INFORMAL MEETING with optional site visit. Contractors and their subcontractors interested in attending an Industry Day for the 10th Flight Test Squadron Operations Facility, Tinker AFB, OK, MILCON are requested to submit their names via email to the USACE Contracting Specialist by No Later Than 4:00 pm EST on 9 Jan 2024. Names are required for an accurate head count. Contractors attending the site walk may be required to ride in a government vehicle to access Tinker AFB. The facility will contain administrative offices to support command staff, office space and lounge areas for aircrew, restrooms, lockers and shower areas, a storage area for aircrew flight equipment, and a conference/classroom/testing area. The facility will be located ½ mile east of Douglas Blvd on SE 59th St, also known as “little” Tinker.

The government intends to officially advertise for this project in January 2024 for award by March 2024. This posting will be updated to include the Industry Day Presentation following completion of the pre-proposal conference.
