This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 611430. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration.
