This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. The solicitation number is W912PQ-25-Q-A036 for the procurement of catered meals at Fort Indiantown Gap PA per the solicitation and PWS. Principle NAICS is 722320 and size standard is $9,000,000. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is full and open competition.

Requirement: Catering – Cook and serve at Fort Indian town gap, Annville, PA.

When: 4- 8 August. BREAKFASTS 5-8 AUG Totals 1,650 DINNERS 4-8 AUG Totals 2,200 Serving Times:

Breakfast: 0600-0800;

Dinner:

1700-1900 Dietary Restrictions: Halal - 22 Vegetarian - 5 Shell Fish Allergy – 1 Please provide 1.) Pricing per meal, 2.) current and valid certification by the Army Veterinary Food Inspection for PRIME and SUBCONTRACTORS for Fort Indiantown Gap PA and, 3.) ServSafe Certificate by 16 JULY 2025 12:00pm EST via email to Meghan.a.sheridan.civ@army.mil For quote to be accepted, All 3 listed above must be submitted.

Contract will be awarded to the apparent low offer that meets the requirements listed in this solicitation posting and attached RFQ, PWS, and Feeding schedule. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. Offeror/Quote must meet all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104. The Government will not accept partial quotes/offers.

Menu’s are attached to the sam.gov posting in the ‘NYARNG 21 Day Catering Menu’ quotes must conform to all aspects of the RFQ, PWS, Menu (including special dietary meals or allergy’s listed), and feeding schedule attached. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are on www.Sam.Gov Contracting Opportunities.
