Tractor Truck and Trailer Rental

The New York Army National Guard, 42D Infantry Division requests one (1) tandem-axle sleeper tractor with trailer to be leased for seven (7) months to facilitate rapid transport of large equipment to multiple locations throughout NY state. Statement of Work (SOW), Solicitation - RFQ, and Solicitation - RFQ Amendement 0001 attached.

Delivery/Pick up: Vendor will deliver (1) Tandem-axle Sleeper Truck and (1) 48’ Aluminum Drop-Deck Flatbed Trailer to location listed below by 1600 01 June 2025. Vendor will pick-up (1) Tandem-axle Sleeper Truck and (1) 48’ Aluminum Drop-Deck Flatbed Trailer from location listed below by 1600 19 December 2025. Delivery Address: Command Support Maintenance Shop C 1500 East Henrietta Road, Rochester NY 14623 This solicitation is being posted as full and open competition under NAICs 532120 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the Attached SOW and RFQ and be registered in SAM at www.sam.gov. Quotes are due 21 APRIL 2025, 8:00am EST via email to Meghan.A.Sheridan.civ@army.mil. To be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
