Amendment 01- Q&A: 24-28 JUN 2024. See attached "W912PQ24Q0033 Amendment 01". Sign anbd return page 1 with quote. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York.

The solicitation number is W912PQ-24-Q-0033 for the procurement of Supply and Services Division (MNPF-SS) Central Issue Facility (CIF) Supply Technician Support position that provides support for the mission to maintain properly trained and equipped units available for prompt mobilization for war, national emergency or as otherwise needed. This temporary contractor position provides assistance in the status of incoming supplies and equipment to mobilizing and demobilizing units across NYARNG.

This is a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561320 (Temporary Help Services), size standard of $30M. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. Award will be made to the vendor that: - submits the lowest total evaluated reasonably priced offer, and - submits a quote that meets all the material requirements of this solicitation and does not contain any major deficiencies or omissions.

The material requirements of the solicitation will be how the offeror can meet all elements of the PWS, in particular the PRS, this information is to be included in the quote submission. The government will complete a technical review and determine if the quote submitted meets the criteria in the PWS or does not meet the criteria. - meets all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104 - ALL Amendments must be signed and submitted with the quote. . Vendors must provide a quote for all of the criteria in the RFQ/PWS.
