a) to change Factor II - Company Experience in the Addendum to FAR 2.212-2, and b) to provide answer to question submitted by an interested Quoter. The date and time required for quotes to be received remains unchanged.

Description of the service: This is a non-personal service for the Maintenance and Repair of Dehumidification Plants at the Leghorn Army Depot, at DMC, USAG Italy..The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools and equipment to perform services under this contract and shall perform 100% of the work under this service with its own workforce.

Only the technical assistance provided by authorized service center technicians is allowed in order to perform activities on proprietary systems or services requiring direct manufacturer support. See the attached Request for Quotation W912PF24Q0096 for details. Location of the work: The service shall be performed in Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy.

Performance Period: The performance period is:

23 August 2024 - 22 August 2025 Base Year 23 August 2025 - 22 August 2026 Option Year One 23 August 2026 - 22 August 2027 Option Year Two .Method of Contracting: This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Time and Material type contract. Response date: Please, check in the Request for Quotation (Due-in date for the submittal of quotation) Site visit/ pre-quote conference: A pre-quote conference will be held. on MS Teams on 9 July 2024 at 10.00 am.
