This procurement will be solicited as small business set-aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE:

Y1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Lisa Ip: Lisa.I.Ip@usace.army.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Suisun Bay and NY Slough Channel to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid overdepth and Bulls Head Channel (Reach 2) to -37-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material to SF-16.ALL BIDS will be due on June 17, 2026 at 11:30 AM PDT. The specific date and time is identified in the solicitation.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only plan holders/bidders list is available via Sam.Gov. In order to view or add to the list, you will need to be registered and sign into SAM.gov. NOTE:

a) In preparation for prospective to submit offers when the IFB is issued, it is imperative that all prospective Offerors (including their subcontractors) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM - www.SAM.gov) and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website in order to be able to view and download solicitation information, and to submit offers.
