PROJECT TITLE: OAKLAND INNER AND OUTER HARBOR FY25 MAINTENANCE DREDGING PROJECTPROJECT LOCATION: OAKLAND, CA and ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA THE WORK INCLUDES ANNUAL MAINTENANCE DREDGING OF THE OAKLAND INNER AND OUTER HARBOR CHANNEL TO -50-FT (MLLW) PLUS 1-FT OF PAID OVER-DEPTH AND TRANSPORTING OF THE DREDGED MATERIAL PER THE REQUIREMENTS IN SPECIFICATION SECTION 00 10 00PRICING SCHEDULE AND 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK.

MATERIAL FROM REACHES 1 THROUGH 11 IS SUITABLE AND SHALL BE TAKEN FOR DISPOSAL AT THE CONTRACTOR-FURNISHED UPLAND BENEFICIAL REUSE SITE.This requirement is for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 09 September 2025 for viewing/downloading. ALL Proposals will be due on/about 9 October 2025 at 11:00 AM PST.

The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format.

NOTE:

a) In preparation for prospective to submit offers when the RFP is issued, it is imperative that all prospective Offerors (including their subcontractors) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM - www.SAM.gov) and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website in order to be able to view and download solicitation information, and to submit offers.
