COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W912P526QACAD CAD Vectorization Blanket Purchase Agreement U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, NASHVILLE DISTRICT 13 FEBRUARY 2026 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation W912P526QCAD is for the establishment of multiple Blanket Purchase agreement for CAD Vectorization services for the USACE Nashville District. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, software, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform CAD services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) Nashville District US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Drawing types include civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

The focus of the requirement is accurate, high production CAD work services and should not be confused with design services. The following solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This solicitation is advertised as 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set Aside under NAICS Code 541340, Drafting Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $9,000,000.00.

All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please see A1 - A4 of the attachments below. The Government requests pricing for CAD Vectorization services in Attachment 1 – BPA Price Schedule, in accordance with Attachment 3 – USACE Nashville District CAD Vectorization Services PWS.

Period of Performance: The period of performance is five years from date of agreement award Submissions: Quotes are due no later than, 26 February 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time.
