In an effort to gather data on Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) within the construction industry, please complete the attached questionnaire. Please be assured that the data submitted will remain impartial and will not reflect favorably or unfavorably upon you or your organization. The questionnaire can be submitted with no reference of name or organization as well.

Additionally - note that this questionnaire is not pertaining a specific project, but ONLY to gather data and your participation in completing the questionnaire is greatly appreciated. If you wish to add any additional information to the questionnaire, feel free to do so either by adding to the document or in email format when returning the questionnaire.
