REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Government is issuing this Request for Information to determine a competitive basis for this procurement described. This is NOT a solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this survey. This survey is for market research purposes only. Only contractor capable of providing this type of supply should respond to this Request for Information.

Requirement The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Nashville District, anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price purchase order for the fabrication and delivery of four (4) Culvert Valve Maintenance Platforms to Barkley Lock in Grand Rivers, KY. Anticipated delivery:

Base Contract: Fabricate and deliver one (1) platform – 180 calendar days from date of Contract Award.

Option 1: Fabricate and deliver one (1) platform – Any options exercised after initial award will be provided a written notice of intent to exercise within 90 calendar days of base Contract Award.

Option 2: Fabricate and deliver one (1) platform – Any options exercised after initial award will be provided a written notice of intent to exercise within 90 calendar days of base Contract Award.

Option 3: Fabricate and deliver one (1) platform – Any options exercised after initial award will be provided a written notice of intent to exercise within 90 calendar days of base Contract Award. The anticipated NAICS code is 332312 – Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing, Size Standard 500 Employees. Survey The Government is issuing this notice to determine a competitive basis. This is not a solicitation and the items listed herein are subject to change or eliminated from the requirement.
