Water Management Roof Replacement

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Scope of Work (S.O.W.) is to replace the existing pitched roofing system on the USACE Nashville Water Management Office building located in Nashville, TN 37214. PROJECT DESCIRPTION: The Contractor will be required to inspect and remove all existing asphalt shingles and replace with newly installed suitable asphalt shingle application suitable to the receiving USACE customer. Hazard evaluation will be conducted as per EM 385-1-1 Section 6.06.A.02 as well as EM 385-5 Fall Protection Plan.

DELIVERY DATE: 30 calendar days after notice of award.

TYPE OD SET-ASIDE: The solicitation will be 100% small business set-aside.

SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract.
