Barkley Powerhouse Replace HVAC, Zone 3

**Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date to 16 September 2024, no later than 1300 HRS CT and provide Q&A attachment. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendmnet is to extend the quote due date to 20 September 2024, no later than 1300 HRS CT. All other terms and conditions remain the same.** This request for quote (RFQ) is for the Barkley Powerhouse HVAC replacement, zone 3. There are three (3) documents in this solicitation package: the solicitation, the plans and the specifications. The solicitation and specifications will be posted here on PIEE. the plans will be locked in the sam.gov module.

To request access to the locked plans document, please submit the attached security form *completed with your firms information (US_Citizens_Contractor_Sec_Access_Form.pdf)* to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. An approved security form will provide access to the locked plans document in sam.gov as well as permit access to the site visit if your firm wishes to attend.
