AMENDMENT 0001: The due date of this solicitation W912P524Q0038 for Martins Fork Periodic Inspection Crane Rental has been extended from 25 July 2024 to 30 July 2024 to allow additional time for Offerors to submit a quote. FAR Clause 52.252-3, Alterations In Solicitation has been added and updated.

I. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for all materials, labor, supervision, and quality control necessary to supply and deliver rental crane and operator for periodic inspection of Martin's Fork Dam that meets or exceeds the salient characteristics within the Scope of Work.

2. TYPE OF CONTRACT: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price supply contract under NAICS Code: 532412, Construction, Mining, and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. 3. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD AND EXERCISE OF OPTIONS:Award shall be made to the lowest priced offeror who is determined to be responsible. Quote must meet or exceed the technical specifications and delivery schedule to be considered for award. 4. PLACE OF DELIVERY:US Army Corps of Engineers, Martin's Fork Dam 4951 Hwy 987 Smith, KY 40831 (Harlan County).

5. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The crane and operator shall be available for work on 12-15 August 2024. This is subject to change, the Government will notify the Contractor in advance if a change in schedule occurs.

6. QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted to Robert Todd Allman via email at robert.t.allman@usace.army.mil by 17 July 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. After that time no further questions will be answered.
