PROJECT TITLE: Remedial Action of the Shallow Land Disposal Area (SLDA) Site, Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP), Vandergrift, Pennsylvania COMPETITION: Full and Open Competition. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation.

BASIS FOR CONTRACT AWARD: The award will be made based on the best overall (i.e., best value) proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government, with appropriate consideration given to the four evaluation factors: Past Performance; Technical Approach; Small Business Participation Plan and Cost/Price.
