This Amendment is to revise the evaluation criteria detailed in Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation—Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Specifically, the requirement for an offeror to hold a current ISO 9001:2015 certification is hereby removed as an evaluation factor. The document B 01 - Combined Synopsis_Solicitation - Medlog FY26-31 has been updated. Additional questions have been answered the document "Questions and Answers Solicitation W912LM26RA006" has been updated with the questions and answers. This amendment updates the PWS. PWS section 4.2 has been added. This amendment add's the questions and answers as of 02/23/2026.

This amendment is being issued to offer a site visit. Reference the document "Site Visit Information" for the full details. An organized site visit is being offered for interested parties. This provides an opportunity for offerors to inspect the site where services are to be performed.
