This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR Part 13 procedures will be utilized for this procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2025-05. **SITE VISIT: ** A site visit is offered and encouraged to allow potential offerors to inspect the facility and equipment. Offerors are responsible for scheduling the site visit by contacting Eric Ahlgren, 320-616-2775, eric.a.ahlgren.civ@army.mil no later than 4 days prior to the solicitation closing. Attendance at the site visit is [optional/recommended, but not mandatory]. Questions generated during the site visit will be documented and distributed to all potential offerors in the form of a formal solicitation amendment.
