This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912LC-25-Q-0002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05 (September 22, 2023). This procurement is posted as a total small business set aside and only qualified vendors may quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)

Code:

722320 – Caterers and the Federal Product/Service Code: S203. The small business size standard is $9,000,000.00. This requirement is a 100% total set aside for small business.

The following commercial items are requested: Line Item and Period Total Meals Needed CLIN 0004: 4-5 January 2025 - Lunch Meals 34 each CLIN 0005: 1-2 February 2025 - Lunch Meals 34 each CLIN 0006: 27 February – 2 March 2025 - Lunch Meals 68 each CLIN 0007: 5-6 April 2025 - Lunch Meals 34 each CLIN 0008: 3-4 May 2025 - Lunch Meals 34 each CLIN 0009: 31 May- 8 June 2025 - Lunch Meals 102 each CLIN 0010: 9-13 July 2025 - Lunch Meals 85 each CLIN 0011: 28 July – 3 August 2025 - Breakfast Meals 724 each CLIN 0012: 28 July – 3 August 2025 - Lunch Meals 724 each CLIN 0013: 28 July – 3 August 2025 -Dinner Meals 584 each A firm fixed price award will be made to the vendor whose quote represents the best value to the Government in terms of price and technical acceptability.

To be considered technically acceptable, the quote must meet the specification listed in the SOW and submit Bid Schedule with attachments at end of this document. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotes or Offers. VENDOR SHALL SUBMIT A SAMPLE MENU WITH QUOTE. VENDOR SHALL SUBMIT State or County Food License WITH QUOTE.

Quotes Due Date: 18 DECEMBER 2024 at 16:00 pm EST– Quotes shall be transmitted electronically via email to the points of contact listed below. Quote pricing shall be valid for 30 days after the quote due date.
