Audiovisual Equipment for Conference Room at Camp Atterbury

This combined synopsis/solicitation, W912L924R0010, is being issued as a small business set-aside Request for Quotation. Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees. The Indiana Army National Guard has a requirement for conference room modernization to be completed/installed at Camp Atterbury, Indiana 46124. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract.

Requirements: (See attached “Specifications and "W912L9-24-R-00010" for clauses). Attached specifications are examples of equipment needed to update the audiovisual equipment in the conference room.

Evaluations Factors: Award will be made based Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/UEI number, Federal Tax Number and company's point of contact information.

Building Location: Building 17 is located across the street from the main gate entrance to Camp Atterbury. It is behind the Museum and conservation officer training trailers. Bld 17 is the fenced in compound outside the gate on Durbin street. The contractor shall field verify all the given information and confirm all quantities, measurements, and data prior to biding the project. Any discrepancies are the responsibility of the vendor.

All vendors interested in submitting a quote should have representation in attendance. Any questions MUST be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email at sheri.r.herrin.civ@army.mil no later than April 22, 2024 5 p.m. (Eastern), with sufficient time to do any research to answer question prior to the closing of this posting. Please provide your (bid) submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting of Indiana no later than 25 April 2023, 10:00 AM (Eastern). An offeror bears the responsibility to ensure its proposal is timely delivered to the proper location, and that an agency is not required to consider a proposal when it fails to arrive at the designated address by the applicable deadline.
