The purpose of this synopsis is to announce that the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price to Comcast of Nashville Inc for Cable Services for USPFO Nashville, VTS Smyrna.

The Period of Performance (POP) 26 MARCH 2024 – 25 MARCH 2025. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, for Other than Full and Open Competition and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 effective date 02/23/2024.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 516120 – Television Broadcasting Stations, with a size standard of $47 million dollars.
