Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The Oklahoma Army National Guard - Recruiting and Retention Battalion (OKARNG – RRB) is a vital component of the state's military forces, playing a crucial role in maintaining the strength and readiness of the Oklahoma National Guard. The battalion's primary mission is to recruit new soldiers into the Oklahoma National Guard. They are responsible for generating leads, processing applications, and guiding potential recruits through the enlistment process.

This includes everything from providing information about the various career opportunities and benefits available, to assisting with the ASVAB exam and basic training preparation. Recruiters are active in their communities, building relationships with schools and other organizations to find qualified candidates who are looking for a way to serve their country and state.

The objective is to leverage the high visibility of the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) championship events to increase brand recognition, generate qualified leads, and support the RRB's overall recruiting mission. To enhance its recruiting efforts, the OKARNG RRB seeks to execute a strategic advertising initiative during the OSSAA championship games.

This partnership presents a unique opportunity to directly engage with a key demographic of potential recruits and their influencers (parents, coaches, and educators). This initiative will involve prominent branding through signage at championship venues and targeted broadcast spots during the games, strategically designed to highlight the compelling benefits and career pathways offered by the Oklahoma Army National Guard.
