261st DARNG Yellow Ribbon Event

Delaware Army National Guard (DEARNG ) requires a single venue with the following features and ameneties:- 1 large area to host approximately 10 vendor tables.- 1 general session area, or ball room, to hold approximately 49 attendees (Sat., 12 July 2025) and 18 attendees (Sun., 13 July 2025)for breakfast and lunch, as well as being a general session.- 2 breakout rooms which can seat 25-40 attendees each.- 1 rooms to host child-care services for approximately 15 children.- 1 business meeting-style room for Yellow Ribbon staff.- A buffet breakfast in the morning; a buffet lunch; and drinks throughout the day- 4 breakout rooms and ballroom to include AV support (screens, projectors, cabling and microphones)- Adequate parking for all attendees.. An amendment has been issued to answer questions that have been received in response to the solicitation. No change has been made to the quote due date.
