Recruiting Lead Generation and Management

The Arizona Army National Guard Recruiting division is seeking qualified sources for a potential future requirement. The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (i.e., Small/Large Business, HUBzone, 8(a), etc.) No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information to this request for information, nor any subsequent exchanges.

The potential requirement involves creating a platform that manages new leads, provides CRP digital asset managment, media reporting, contact behaviors, channel analysis, and qualitative lead scoring. The intent is to have a company manage and create leads, produced by different media platforms, that are organized and quantitative, resulting in qualified recruitment leads.

The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541613 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $19 Million. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is R701. Please identify if you believe a more appropriate NAICS/PSC exists. Interested vendors are required to complete and return the W912L2-24 -RFI-0001-Sources Sought Information Request Form after thoroughly evaluating the Performance Work Statement.
