Change number of personnel for fit in CLIN 0001 and 0002 f rom 13 to 8. Add "Color for Turnout Gear can be either black or brow n. All items are to be the same color." This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
