The Washington National Guard is seeking sources to provide Medical and Dental Non-Clinical Case Management, immunization management and medical records services, in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). This requirement is designed to be flexible, responsive, and meets the ever- evolving needs of the government. DoDI 6130.03 and Army Regulation (AR) 40-501, and 40-502 establishes annual metric goals for IMR elements and for the overall IMR category of Fully Medically Ready (FMR) soldiers.

The ultimate goals are to produce real-time reports based on complete, accurate data. The case management services shall assist Service Members to become FMR by assisting with tracking medical and dental appointments, ensuring medical compliancy by maintaining communications as required with the Service Members they are managing. The WA Army National Guard (WAARNG) Surgeon’s Office requires a highly responsive process whereby the government can quickly obtain needed support and services.

Interested vendors should resond to this sources sought with capabilities statement outlining recent/relevant experience and how they are able to meet the intent of this requirement.
