W912JF-25-Q-A011 - 32' Enclosed Gooseneck Trailer

The Arkansas Army National Guard has a requirement for 32' enclosed gooseneck trailer. The original solicitation that closed on 1 September 2025 has been amended and is being reposted to correct and clarify some discrepancies, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in the initial solicitation. This solicitation is being amended again to answer more questions and further attempt to clarify the requireemnt. 1- 30’-32’ total length trailer with an approximately 24’ box, this length range is provided to allow manufacturers some tolerance for production and to be the most advantageous for production.

1- .080 poly wrap semi screwless exterior, white in color 1- plastic flow through vent 2- 36” walk in doors with step up for ease of entry, one on each side per drawing 72” x 36” concession window with sliding windows and screens with lockable hard cover, see drawing for placement 2- 20ft powered awnings, one each side, per drawing 1- 12v deep cycle battery for awnings 2- roof mounted heat and air units, 15,000 BTU ea., mounted per drawing 3- 7000lb axles with electric brakes on all axles 1- foil insulation all side walls and ceiling 1- white vinyl ceiling covering 1- 50 Amp, or 60Amp standard RV type hookup for AC power to trailer 8- 115-120 V 20 A interior receptacles, see drawing for placement 2- 115-120 V 20 A exterior GFCI receptacles, see drawing for placement 2- 48” LED lights placed in trailer, see drawing 8- 48” LED lights to be placed down the middle of the trailer, see drawing 2- 48” LED lights to be placed above work areas, see drawing 1- recess box for space tire in rear area of floor 1- Spare tire mounted on rim 1- ¾” plywood floor 1- 3/8” plywood interior side walls 1- 8’ rear ramp door, with spiring assist and 16” flap 1-hydraulic center jack, powered 1- pair of manual, 2 speed landing gear 2- ATP fender flairs 1- single piece aluminum roof 1- 84” interior height 3- 12V dome lights, interior 1- clear lens marker lights 4- 5000lb D rings 2- E-Track rails running horizontally and evenly spaced down both of the side walls 1- Z Bart or equivalent under body coating 1- GN adjustable 2-5/16” adjustable coupler with safety chains 1-25’ – 30’ 50A RV extension cord
