There were no changes in wage rates for 12190 Medical Record Technician or 12314 Registered Nurse III.** The purpose of the requirement is to provide medical, dental case management, behavioral health services, and medical administrative support staffing in support of the Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) soldiers in the Maine Army National Guard who require case management services to resolve issues that are making the soldier a non-deployable asset.
The requirement is for one lead non-clinical case manager (RN III), two care coordinators (Medical Record Technicians), and one Behavioral Health Case Manager. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary in support of the IMR. The period of performance shall be for a base year plus one option year.
Base: 27 March 2024 – 26 March 2025 Option 1: 27 March 2025 – 26 March 2026 The NAICS code is 561320 - Temporary Help Services with a size standard of $34 million. The requirement is issued as 100% women-owned small business (WOSB) set-aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-30. All offerors shall have an active registration in SAM at the time of the solicitation closing in order to be considered for award.
