POSTAL SERVICES

NOTICE OF INTENT The Michigan United States & Property Fiscal Office - Purchasing & Contracting Division intends to issue an award to likely large business, for a period of twelve months utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the use of postage stamp machines. The government requires an overarching postal service program for 38 locations within the state of Michigan.

To fulfill the requirements of this effort, the Contractor shall provide the following products and services for the postal solution and consumable supplies. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, parts, equipment and all required supplies (except envelopes), necessary for operation of postal service solution as defined herein except as specified as Government furnished services.

This contract includes maintenance, repair and/or replacement, training and diagnostic service calls to various locations within the boundaries of the Michigan Army National Guard. The contractor provide visibility to all postage spending for all locations via a secure reports tool. Responses to this Notice of Intent should be from firms capable of the same services described in the Performance Work Statement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE Response to this Notice of Intent to Award must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 pm ET, 4 September 2024.
