The Alabama Army National Guard is seeking information about vendors that will be capable of providing the following services: Real World Medical (RWM) assets ((2) Ambulances) to be staged on scene while participants are actively exercising from 0800-1800, September 23rd, 24th, 25th, and 26th, 2024. This will include, but is not limited to set up, exercise play, and tear down.

Per NGB RWM Memorandum and guidance letter, when 101-250 personnel are on site and EMTs are being used for Basic Life Support without medical control authority on scene, 4 EMTs or greater level trained providers, with two (2) Ambulance are required. The agency contracted will have to demonstrate their capability of providing Advanced Life Support (ALS) capability and provide enough crew to cover the exercise event so exercise play is not disrupted in the event of transport. The requirement is to always have a minimum of 1 of 2 ambulance on site that can provide Advanced Life Support capabilities while training is being conducted.
