Intent to Sole Source - Maintenance and Repair - Cedarapids Model 3042 Crushing Plant

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Property and Fiscal Office For Wisconsin intends to award, on a sole source basis, maintenance and repair for Cedarapids Model 3042 Crushing Plant located at Fort McCoy Wisconsin to Aring Equipment Co INC EIN: DU7LN1L5DNR5. After conducting market research there were no other SAM registered vendors found in the local trade area. Work must be performed between 02JUNE-13JUN2024.

Work will be performed on site at Fort McCoy, WI THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability of other qualified sources that can meet the requirement identified above and inherent with the referenced Cedarapids Model 3042 Crushing Plant. The Government is not obligated to, and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice of intent.

All responses received within 7 days of the posting of this notice of intent will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether there are other vendors able to fulfil this requirement. Interested vendors shall submitt a capabilities statement demosntrating the capability to work on the specific make and model of equipment.
