This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation is attached.

The Army Corp of Engineers has a requirement for a contractor to provide unlimited on-site service and repair, one preventative maintenance visit, maximum 3 business days response time, inclusion of engineer labor and travel, factory certified replacement parts, corrective maintenance, software and firmware updates, high priority remote service center support, and remote instrument monitoring and diagnostics. All service shall be performed by an Applied Biosystems certified technician.
