The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Environmental Laboratory (EL) intends to issue an award on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)) to 3D Potter, Inc., 403 SE Monterey Road Stuart, Florida 34994-4405 for supply purchase Scara v4 + Auger System.

Scara v4 + Auger System is crucial to the success for DOER 25-01, “Automated dredge sediment placement for phytoremediation and upland placement site restoration.” The system must meet the following performance requirements: System must be compact and field portable; screw driven and not compressed air-driven. Ability to process large volume of dredge material Offer continuous flow of pump (38 L/min) Power Requirement (220V) Offer rigidity and consistency over multiple. Print using multiple matrices.

Include multiple print nozzles allowing for consistent precision and accuracy. Be of a design that is compact, easily cleaned and maintained without the need for specialized technical expertise. Perform in the environment. Able to use Clay and Cement Matrices. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 333248 – All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same or similar supply. All capability statements received by the closing date of this publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Capability statements shall be submitted only by e-mail as a Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, or Adobe PDF attachment to Shinita.M.Jordan@usace.army.mil and Sonia.j.boyd@usace.army.mil. Statements are due by 3:00pm Central Time, Friday, 14 March 2025. No phone calls will be accepted.
