Beckman Coulter Centrifuge Annual Service

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. Solicitation W912HZ24Q0016 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. This requirement is set aside for small business and utilizes NAICS 811210 with a size standard of $34 million. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice.

SAM Registration: Pursuant to FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation, if you are not registered in SAM, an award CANNOT be made to your company.
