2 Mid-Size Boats with Motors & Trailers

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. Solicitation W912HZ24Q0015 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03.

This requirement is 100% small business set aside and utilizes the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 336612 (Boat Building) with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice.

The requirement is for two boats: ONE 20 INCH IN LENGTH ONE 24 INCH IN LENGTH Copies of the Solicitation is available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY on the Contract Opportunities website at: https://sam.gov/. Quotes must be submitted electronically to both the Contracting Officer Sonia Boyd at Sonia.J.Boyd@usace.army.mil and the Contract Specialist, Amanda Andrews at Amanda.Andrews@usace.army.mil no Later Than 3:00 PM CST on Tuesday, March 28, 2024 PLEASE RETURN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITH YOUR QUOTE: SF 1449, Solicitation, Offer and Award (block 17a) and your signature; name, title; and date (30a-c). Section B - Schedule of bids/prices. All line items must be completed.

Each offeror’s proposal shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, information addressing the requirements of the solicitation. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure that the proposal submitted is complete and accurate. Corrections will not be made by the Government.
