MICR Secure Printers

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES AND IS NOT TO BE CONTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT, NOR WILL THE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR INFORMATION SOLICITED. SINCE THIS AN RFI, NO EVALUATION LETTERS AND/OR RESULTS WILL BE ISSUED TO THE RESPONDENTS. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT COMMITED TO AWARD A TASK ORDER PURSUANT TO THIS RFI. NO RFP PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

The Government is specifically seeking businesses that are interested and capable of providing three (3) MICR Secure Printers for printing in accordance with the following regulation: TFM Vol 1, Part 5, Chapter 5000, 5045.20, 5045.20a, and 5045.25 and DoD FMR Vol 5, Chap 7. We need to know what make/models are currently available for MICR secure printers. Please provide descriptive information for make/model that you can provide for MICR secure check printers.

NAICS code for this requirement is 334118, Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, size standard is 1,000 employees. PSC code for this requirement is 7050, Information Technology Components.
