W912HN25B3003 for Project Number: 99836, Construct ARF Plus Range, Fort Bragg (formerly known as Fort Liberty), North Carolina. Type of Contract and NAICS This Acquisition is being solicited using FAR Part 14, Sealed Bid Procedures for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 ? Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a Small Business size standard of $45M.Product Service Code: Y1JZ ? Construction of Miscellaneous Buildings Type of Set-Aside Not applicable. This acquisition is being offered under full and open competition.

Construction Magnitude: In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.

Bid Due Date: 21 April 2025 - 1100 EDT via PIEE.

Site Visit: 03 April 2025 ? 0930 EDT. Contractors should report to the Fort Bragg Range Operations Building, 4818 Long Street A-1308, Ft.

Bragg Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is 720 calendar days but will be extended to 900 calendar days if options are exercised after the issuance of the notice to Proceed.

Project Scope: This is a new requirement to construct a standard design Automated Record Fire (ARF Plus) Range. Primary facilities include a 16-lanne ARF Plus, small arms range operations control area (ROCA), control tower, range classroom buildings, operation/storage building, covered bleacher, latrine pads, covered mess, ammunition breakdown building, and building information systems. Supporting facilities include electric service, site improvements, and information systems.

The ARF Plus is required for training and day/night qualification requirements with rifles and carbines, and specifically the Next Generation Squad Weapon (NGSW) which has a much greater range and lethality. This range is used to train and test Soldiers on the skills necessary to identify, engage, and hit infantry targets. All targets are fully automated, and the event specific scenario is computer driven and scored from the range control tower. This project is fully designed, and all technical specifications and drawings are provided with this issuance of the Solicitation.
