Sierra Army Depot has a requirement for ten (10) workstations that meet the following requirements: Drawer bottoms must have flat, rubberized foam or Neoprene liners. Load capacity rating of largest drawers must be at least 200 pounds. Load capacity rating of smallest drawers must be at least 125 pounds. Keyed locking system with a minimum of two keys provided with each workstation. Number of drawers: minimum of 16 drawers.

Total Load Capacity: 2,500 – 3,600 pounds.

Total Storage Capacity: 25,000 – 30,000 cubic inches.

Depth: 24 – 30 inches.

Height: 38 – 42 inches.

Width: 60 -72 inches.

Work Surface Material: Vinyl, wood or rubber. Body material: 16 gauge steel.

Wheels: Caster type, minimum of four wheels to include 2x fixed with lock, 2x swivel. The Army intends to award one, firm fixed-price purchase order as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is solicited as a small business set-aside request for quote (RFQ), and will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 332439, Other Metal Container Manufacturing. The related small business standard is 600 employees.

In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
