Laundry Services

Sierra Army Depot is seeking sources who can provide laudnry services for shop towels and soiled coveralls from use at the organic industrial base (mechanics usage). This is a Sources Sought Notice only and not intended to solicit offers. If your firm is capable of meeting this requirement please submit your company capability statement. Also include your company socioeconomic status (i.e. Small Business, Other Than Small Business, etc.), DUNS and CAGE code. Responses can be e-mailed to:

At this time Sierra Army Depot is NOT looking for proposals or quotes. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal or Request for Quote and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Further action on this anticipated requirement will be determined following review of the responses from this sources sought.

Requirements: The Contractor shall pick up/deliver OR provide facilities locally for pick up and drop off of coveralls and shop towels on a weekly basis. Quantities will vary depending on requirements. The Government may increase or decrease quantities due to workload changes, or hiring/layoffs. At a minimum all items must be clean and serviceable; button/zippers must operate as intended, coveralls will be free from holes, tears and frayed fabric. Shop towels must be clean. This is an example of the type of demand for laundering services: Standard Coverall Rental 400 a week Abrasive Blast Suit 75 a week High Visibility Coverall 151 a week Regular Shop Towel 2500 a month
