INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT: This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the parameters for a design-build project for construction of a facility in Mongo, Chad. This project will provide a new clinic building, two (2) raised water storage tanks, and separate ventilated improved pit (VIP) latrines. The design and construction must follow all applicable host nation codes and standards.

The coordinates are Latitude 12°11’03.8”N, Longitude 18°42’00.5”E PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT: The Government has cancelled their scheduled site visit due to a rapidly evolving security situation related to a recent prison break in the region.

Site visit attendance is not mandatory to submit a proposal.
