The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a Contractor to supply a boat/motor/trailer package to be used in the Upper Mississippi River, in areas that can be shallow and heavily vegetated. The full specifications are listed in the solicitation and include:

System shall be preloaded with current Navigation Charts of Mississippi River and all available tributary data. System shall be Bluetooth compatible and have at least one removable memory card and/or USB port for data upload/download. Transducer shall be of quality capable of high-definition performance and at minimal-risk when under strenuous Mississippi River conditions, including exceptionally muddy water, shallow conditions, dense vegetation, and depths up to 100’.
