Scope of work. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation and performing all work as required by the Statement of Work. All work materials and services not expressly called for in the Statement of Work, but which are necessary for completion of the contract requirements shall be performed and furnished by the Contractor at no increase in cost to the Government.

A site visit is encouraged prior to submitting a quote for this solicitation. Services and supplies. The Contractor shall furnish maintenance services and supply required materials in order to maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the areas specified. The Contractor shall furnish and supply all necessary products to perform the servicing tasks listed below. The supply items to remain stocked include but are not limited to toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and soap.

The supply items furnished shall be compatible with the existing dispensers. Work will be required seven days a week including holidays from 1 May through 16 October. General Description of Work. Winnibigoshish Dam & Recreation Area is located near Deer River, Minnesota, in Itasca County. The campground is pronounced "Winni-bi-gosh-ish," offers 22 family sites with electric hookups and one group day-use shelter. Amenities include flush toilets, showers, two vault toilets, drinking water, a dump station, boat ramp and playground. Work consists of:

Garbage Collection and Disposal (1 May – 16 October). Shower and Restroom Custodial Services (1 May – 16 October). Fish Cleaning House Custodial Services (1 May – 16 October) Picnic Shelter Custodial Services (1 May – 16 October). Period of Performance. TERM OF CONTRACT. The basic term of the basic contract shall be from 01 May 2024 through 30 April 2025 with 4 one-year options. The Terms of Actual On-Site Performance are:

Base Term: 01 May 2024 through 16 October 2024 Option Year 1: 01 May 2025 through 16 October 2025 Option Year 2: 01 May 2026 through 16 October 2026 Option Year 3: 01 May 2027 through 16 October 2027 Option Year 4: 01 May 2028 through 16 October 2028
