US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) Construction Materials Quality Assurance Laboratory Testing - Kuwait

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) has a requirement for construction material testing services to support the District’s construction quality assurance program in the country of Kuwait. TAM plans to enter into agreement with TAM-Validated testing laboratories under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from which numerous individual purchases, at or below the simplified acquisition threshold, will likely be made to provide construction testing services.

TAM intends to enter into a BPA with TAM-Validated commercial contractors offering the lowest prices for the delivery of construction testing services. Award will be made to no less than one and no more than three awardees. Please see the attached Solicitation for the complete details of this requirement. In order to become a TAM-Validated laboratory, please complete "Attachment A - Lab Inspection Request" and submit in accordance with the instructions contained within.
