Grocery Delivery Source Sought

Introduction: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement; a market survey for information only, to be used for planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The Government is seeking qualified vendors capable of delivering groceries to the Motor Vessel Mississippi along the Mississippi River and it's tributaries.

Vendor is to make sure that all grocery items are kept IAW Food Service Safety Guidelines and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). A food list will be produced for each delivery and will include a wide range of groceries. Vendor’s response to this Synopsis shall be limited to 5 pages and shall include the following information:

1. Vendor’s name, address, point of contact, phone number and e-mail address.

2. Vendor’s prior experience in grocery deliveries.

3. Vendor’s Business Size (Small Business, Large Business, .etc.).

4. Firms overall approach to the requirements listed above. Interested vendors’s shall respond to this Sources Sought Announcement no later than 12:00PM CST, 12 November 2024. All interested firms must be registered in SAM. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.
